Just as for offset printing, we invested in quality for digital printing too, by choosing the latest technologies in the field: HP Indigo for small and medium print runs and Fujifilm Acuity Advance for wide format print. To ensure high productivity and complete workflow automation in the digital printing department, we also have a digital cutting table, the Kongsberg i-XL 20.

The following are some key features of the facilities within the digital printing department:

• The HP Indigo 5500 printing machine with the following features:
  • 6 colors
  • Maximum sheet format: 330.2 x 482.6 mm
  • Maximum image format: 317 x 450 mm
  • Speed: 3.840 color A4 sheets / hour
    8.160 A4 bicolor sheets per hour
    16,320 monochrome A4 sheets per hour
  • Support: coated (80 - 350g) and uncoated (60 - 320g) paper, PVC foil, metallized paper, etc..

• Printing System, Inkjet Fujifilm Acuity Advance HD 2445W with the following characteristics:
  • Colors: CMYK + white;
  • It prints on a wide variety of flexible or rigid supports (roll-to-roll or flatbed) such as: glass, ceramics, wood, metal, foam, waved plastic, dibond, plastic materials, vinyl, paper, textiles, PVC for banners etc..
  • Ideal for producing displays and banners as well as for customization;
  • Applications: indoor & outdoor signs, stand decoration, shelves decoration and floor graphics applications for in-store promotional campaigns, carried out on laminated sticker, window graphics, banners;
  • UV resistant inks;
  • Volume filed ink (doesn't bleed into the material);
  • Vacuuming system for maintaining the position of the processed material, including material with irregular or asymmetrical shapes;
  • Maximum format:
    • Flatbed (rigid support): 1.25 m wide x 2.5 m long, thick up to 48 mm
